The glass refillable water bottles in the rooms were excellent - a refreshing change from the usual plastic bottles provided by most hotels. Staff were very helpful, polite. The swimming pool and gym were attractive and tidy, the bedroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding! So many options including superb coffee and healthy freshly juiced vegetables, delicious Indonesian and European food. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - when we asked if they had banana crisps and were told no, we were content with their answer. But lo and behold, 20 minutes later they brought out a plate of freshly dried banana crisps!! Incredible! Great job to the manager Yessi and team.

This time I traveled with my mom who was in wheelchair. I wanted her to experience a little holiday spirit, as she has been down from having to be sick and unable to walk around during this holiday season. And with our wheelchair, Hilton was a good experience. I especially was moved by the fact that they arranged for us to get a room that is at the pool level for easy access, as they saw us bringing a wheelchair. And over all the whole property felt wheelchair friendly. We loved it.

The breakfast was fantastic, it is getting better compare to previous, particularly for the fruit juice. Hilton now using bottle, which make us very satisfied with the amount of juice and no need to to go back an forward to take the juice from the container. Other than that, the variation and taste of breakfast also very good. The restaurant staffs are also super friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time stay in Hilton and certainly will be back to here again.

I like the room is clean and wide and great breakfast. Close to hyper pascal 23 and good sate across the road. It is also close to souvenir shops and close to bandung station. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, highly recommend to stay here when in Banding

The hotel is beautiful, very new looking and extremely clean. I had a King Family room. It was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, had so many options and the staff were very helpful. Room service options were very good.
